Welcome to Packwares! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Packwares platform ("Service"), operated from Pune, Maharashtra, India. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Current Phase: Packwares is currently in Alpha/Beta testing phase. The Service is provided free of charge during this period. Features may change, and we appreciate your feedback to improve the platform.
To use Packwares, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this Service.
If you're creating an account for an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
During the Alpha/Beta phase, Packwares is provided completely free of charge. No credit card or payment information is required to sign up or use the Service.
We will notify you at least 30 days in advance before introducing any paid features or subscription plans. You will have the option to accept the new pricing or discontinue use of paid features.
When payments are introduced, they will be processed via secure methods including bank transfer, UPI, or other India-based payment systems. All payments will be in Indian Rupees (INR).
You agree to use Packwares responsibly. You will NOT:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Packwares (customer lists, quotations, inventory data, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your business data.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical business data. We recommend periodic data exports.
The Packwares platform, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Packwares and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without explicit written permission.
Trademarks: "Packwares" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our permission.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.
We may modify, add, or remove features from Packwares at any time. During Alpha/Beta phase, expect frequent updates and improvements based on user feedback.
Important Legal Protection:
SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS": Packwares is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during Alpha/Beta phase. We make no warranties or guarantees about the Service's accuracy, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Packwares and its operators shall not be liable for:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which is currently ₹0 during free Alpha phase).
You agree to indemnify and hold Packwares harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.
In simple terms: If your actions cause legal problems, you're responsible, not us.
You may stop using Packwares at any time by closing your account. You can export your data before closing.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. We'll try to provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate immediately for serious violations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Packwares shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Packwares after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
